Future engineers! Hutchinson hosts visit from Rainey Endowed engineering students

We were very pleased to host a visit by engineering students from Rainey Endowed School recently. The students were given a tour of the factory and spoke to different people in our company to find out more about the wide range of job roles available. The visit was kindly organised in collaboration with MEGA- Manufacturing & Engineering Growth & Advancement.

The students were also able to try their hand at welding through our Virtual Reality Welding Simulator, where we had a competition and a prize for the best welding efforts!

We think that our partnerships with local schools are vital to encourage and inspire the next generation of engineers. They can get to see first-hand how our team is working at the forefront of innovations in clean transport, electric and hydrogen vehicles, and mobility solutions that will lead us into the future.
